Soulwise Wellness offers websites by donation to support healers, artists, and non‑profit organizations who are doing meaningful work in the world. This model is designed to remove financial barriers while still honoring time, skill, and sustainability. This is a trust‑based, relationship‑forward offering — clear, fair, and protected for everyone involved.

What’s Included (By Donation)

When you participate in this offering, you receive:

• A fully functional website, built and filled in by me
• Hosting provided at no cost
• A domain name purchased and maintained by me
• Basic setup tailored to your mission, services, or offerings
• Ongoing hosting as long as the site remains under this agreement

There is no fixed price. You contribute what you can, when you can, as a donation in appreciation of the work.

Ownership & Control (Important)

To keep this offering accessible and sustainable:

• I retain ownership of the domain and website infrastructure while the site is hosted under this donation model
• This protects both parties in case of disagreements, abandonment, or misuse
• You retain full creative input and use of the site for your work, services, or mission

This structure allows me to offer websites freely without legal or financial risk, while still supporting your visibility and growth.

If You Want Full Ownership Later

At any point in the future, you may choose to take full control of your website and domain. To do so, the following buy‑out applies:

• $35/hour for the total time spent building, maintaining, and supporting your site
• Plus reimbursement for:
  • Hosting costs incurred
  • Domain purchase and renewal costs

Once this is paid:

• Ownership of the domain is transferred to you
• Website files and content are released to your control
• You are free to host, modify, or manage the site independently

This ensures fairness while respecting the work already invested.
